JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
This position’s primary focus is to take inbound and make outbound calls to book prospects to attend a Sales presentation for all Spinnaker sites. Sites include Branson and Williamsburg.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Calling prospects to sell a vacation package.
- Calling consists of leads being sent through the Spinnaker Facebook website.
- Taking inbound calls to answer any questions a prospect has with the intent to sell them a vacation package.
- Answering prospect inquires generated through the Spinnaker Direct Sales website with the intent to sell a vacation package.
- Associate will be responsible for getting all prospect information, including credit card information to secure package.
- Associate will be responsible for achieving Daily, Weekly and Monthly goals.
- Daily communication with the Web Marketing team.
- Daily communication with Manager for tracking of bookings at the end of each shift.
- Associate is responsible for all reporting and data entry of bookings as well as Authorized.net and Dollars on the Net process.
- Associate responsible for insuring customers receive accurate information on package, including confirmation letters/emails.
- Associate is responsible for communicating to marketing administration on all bookings, accommodation requests and cancelation processes.
- Associate is responsible for qualifying all online package sales and building qualified packages in SPI.
- Performs other related duties & special projects as requested.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
- Thorough knowledge of timeshare marketing techniques.
- Proven success in booking prospects/owners
- Thorough knowledge of Spinnaker Resorts
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Positive demeanor
- Ability to work flexible schedule and minimum of 40 hours per week
- Several years relevant experience
- Dependability – results oriented
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
