The resort staff was always polite, prompt in responding and listen to our concerns. Staff reached out frequently to check in on our stay. When reaching out for maintenance, it was promptly handled.
I cannot say enough about the staff. Check in was perfect, condo was spotless with no issues at all. Housekeeping was very courteous and kind and did a great job. Special thanks goes to Maybelline the activities girl. Wow, what a valuable employee you have there. We watched her show care and friendliness to children as well as adults. Thanks again for a great vacation.
