JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
The Telemarketing Representative is responsible for making and receiving telephone calls to potential customers to solicit getaway packages to visit and preview one of our resorts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make outbound and outbound calls to customers to solicit a getaway package.
- Must turn over a minimum of turnovers per day, minimum determined by
- Participate in training as required.
- Represent the company in a Positive and Professional manner in and out of the office.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to speak clearly and effectively.
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations.
- Capable of handling customer objections through use of rebuttals provided by company.
OPTIONAL SKILLS A PLUS
- Knowledge of Spinnaker Resorts Locations and or the Timeshare Industry
- Prior experience in Sales/Telemarketing
