Join the 7th Annual Crescendo Celebration of Arts & Culture on Hilton Head Island.
This event, honoring National Arts and Humanities Month, showcases a wide array of arts, culture, and history through over 100 unique programs, including concerts, exhibitions, performances, and tours.
October 10th – November 23rd 2024 Over 100 arts & culture events on Hilton Head Island in celebration of National Arts & Humanities Month
Visit with our expanding list of regular vendors, plus a rotating schedule of food trucks and new arrivals. The HHI Farmers Market roster includes area growers providing the freshest local produce, pasture-raised chicken, fresh eggs, free-range rabbit, pork, hand-made sausage, fresh baked goods from cookies to breads, and of course the best of our area’s seafood, She Crab Soup and more.
The Hilton Head Community Market takes place weekly on Saturdays from 9:30am – 12:30pm, located in Shelter Cove Community Park at 39 Shelter Cove Lane, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928.
Since our vendors depend on market income to support their business and families, we are a rain or shine market. Bring your umbrella and a rain jacket and show your local love to our vendors!
FREE ADMISSION AND SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE There’s something for every age and interest around every corner, and all are welcome. Start your visit at the Discovery House to pick up a map of the property and information on our exhibits, walks, talks, tours, and more. Our trail system begins behind the museum, and guides you along a path through distinctive environments and many historic structures. As you walk across an historic landscape, enjoy the magnificent live oaks and ancient cedars, take in the view from the boardwalk, see the Marsh Tacky horses grazing in the wide-open fields, and envision what the island was like before it was developed. You’re not on your own with printed resources in your pocket and educational panels throughout the property you’re always in “discovery.”
