Very delightful vacation. My concierge was a great help to make this vacation the best it could be. She went over and above to make sure everything went well. Always a pleasure to stay with the Royal Floridian crew.
The people at the resort were very responsive to all needs. From housekeeping to front desk, everyone was friendly and clearly wanted us to have an enjoyable time.
Our stay at Southwind was a very pleasing experience. The accommodations were excellent and the townhouse was truly a home away from home.

This is our fourth time staying at Kings Creek Estates in Williamsburg, VA. As always the resort did not disappoint. Accommodations were clean and comfy. The pace of play was smooth and easy which we like. As always it is the people that make the difference. The pools and jacuzzi were neat and clean. We played putt putt golf every day and really liked the setting.
We love our Thanksgiving week every year and welcome the extraordinary relaxing atmosphere of the Carolina Club. Thank you to everyone for all that you do!
Tiffany was great! She was very helpful, friendly, and made us feel important. All the other staff that we interacted with were also very helpful and accommodating. John is always helpful in finding good tickets to shows. It was a very good vacation.
Social activities were outstanding. The lady who checked us in was most helpful in getting us into a unit that met our request. Covered parking and hot tub much appreciated. Great seeing Santa!
Customer Service was top notch during check-in. Accommodations were exceptional. Definitely hope to return for a future stay.

The unit was spotless, clean and bright, well maintained, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, cutlery, toaster, blender etc. - bedroom and bathroom linens of good quality and plenty to keep us for our week’s stay. All in all this was a great experience and we wished we could have had another week.
We had plenty of everything, and used the kitchen to cook almost every day – had everything we needed! Loved the bathrooms, the views, the close proximity to town, amazing stay we will definitely use our points to come back again. Thank you for your hospitality, cleanliness, responsiveness and just a great no hassle stay! Keep up the great work!
This was our first time at the Bluewater Resort and we really enjoyed the place. The check-in staff were efficient and got us checked in and on our way to the condo quickly. The condo was excellent and the amenities were great. We enjoyed the events that were going on – being Halloween, the Friday activities were fun. Made use of the golf and appreciated the list of restaurants and things to do on the island. Looking forward to next year.
One of the best stays we have ever had. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean comfortable.
I love that I can just text the front desk by the date of our check in until we check out. Love that the indoor pool is open since its too cold outside. Also, our villa is close to the pool so walking to the activity center with young kids was good.
The check-in was smooth again this year. We arrived early and our unit was not ready which is expected, so we went to lunch and I was contacted when it was ready. The team that assisted us were very welcoming and greeted us with big smiles and provided us with a lot of good info.
The whole staff was very pleasant. Everyone was very friendly, polite and professional. Our stay was very pleasant and nice and quiet. We enjoyed everything about the resort.

It was a wonderful vacation. I have been coming to the resort since I was in high school. It still feels like my home away from home. Overall, just the best place to vacation!
New activity – line dancing – sorry I wasn’t able to participate this trip – hope it’s still on the schedule the next time I come. Bingo is always a crowd pleaser! I was actually able to read a book this time from the lending library – what a treat to soak up sun, read a book, and sip an iced mocha. So grateful for each and every staff member that continue to go over and above to make sure every guest is taken care of.

All the staff members went above and beyond my expectations. I’ve been coming to this resort for over 14 years and I’m always pleased with everyone that I’ve come in contact with. I am overly pleased with this resort and will be looking forward to coming here again.
