Welcome Center Tour Desk Agent, Branson MO

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

This positions primary focus will be to handle all tasks related to tour flow at Sales Centers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Key holder responsible for opening/closing Sales Welcome Center
  • Greet all inbound tours
  • Obtain referrals from tours
  • Make reconfirm calls to arrivals
  • Preparing arrival packets
  • Qualifying guests upon arrival
  • Coordinate Tour Schedule for Sales – identify slots available on Sales Rep schedule and proactive solicit tour from appropriate source (OPC, In-house, minivac)
  • Provide excellent hospitality and customer service to all tours
  • Resolve concerns/challenges related to tour qualifications and gifting eligibility, distribute gifts as appropriate
  • Recordkeeping of tour schedules including data entry and updates of tour information in SPI
  • Send nightly recap reports (P3 chart, reconfirm chart, daily update)
  • Cover other tour desks and locations if necessary or as seasonal volume shifts
  • Prepare, serve and clean up guests breakfast, lunch, snack food items and beverages
  • Clear & Clean tables after guests leave
  • Re-stocking Food & Beverage items as needed
  • Maintain organized inventory
  • Alert lead and/or manager of inventory needs
  • Participate in training as required
  • Represent the company in a Positive and Professional manner
  • Performs other related duties & special projects as requested

  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Excellent computer skills to include MS Office
  • Attention to detail

  • Excellent work ethic to include dependability, ownership of tasks to completion, appropriate sense of urgency, willingness to assist others and trustworthiness
  • Flexibility on availability – the ability to switch work schedule based on seasonal volume and/or coverage for co-workers

 

OPTIONAL SKILLS A PLUS

 

  • Knowledge of Spinnaker Resorts and or the timeshare industry
  • Prior experience in sales/customer service
