1. DESCRIPTION / PROMOTION PERIOD
The Spinnaker Hilton Head Vacation Giveaway begins on April 17, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on April 29, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET (“Promotion Period”). The Website server’s clock is the official clock for this Contest.

2. ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of Spinnaker Resorts and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible.
Void where prohibited. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. HOW TO ENTER
Enter the Giveaway by completing the official entry form and clicking the “Sign Me Up” button.
Limit one (1) entry per person/email for the duration of the Promotion Period.

4. ODDS OF WINNING
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be contacted via email and must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
The winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and publicity release within forty-eight (48) hours.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Official Rules. A Form 1099 may be issued where required by law.

6. PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded:
A 4-day / 3-night stay at a Spinnaker Resort in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,200
Accommodations are subject to availability
Blackout dates and restrictions may apply
Travel to and from Hilton Head Island is not included
Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and submitted information for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest if necessary due to fraud, technical issues, or any other factor that impairs the integrity of the Contest.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the Contest or acceptance/use of the prize, including travel-related risks.

9. GOVERNING LAW / JURISDICTION
All issues and questions concerning these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
Participants agree to submit to the jurisdiction of courts located in Beaufort County, South Carolina.

If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
