Featured Local Event: Liberty Ice Pavilion

Enjoy a festive, family-friendly adventure this holiday season on historic Duke of Gloucester Street! Lace up at the Liberty Ice Pavilion, where the sights, sounds, and scents of the season surround you with every glide across the ice.

Convenient parking is available at the Art Museums of Colonial Williamsburg, nearby hourly Merchants Square lots, and the Henry Street parking garage.

Warm up with hot cider, coffee, and other seasonal treats just steps from the rink—or make it a full evening with dinner at one of the many Merchants Square restaurants right across the street. Need a tune-up? Skate sharpening is available onsite.

Liberty Ice Pavilion is open daily from November 21, 2025, through February 28, 2026, including holidays!

We're committed to making your villas and facilities better every day. Here's a quick look at the improvements we've completed or started over the past few months.

• Renovations on Unit 10-117B (after fire damage) have been completed.
  
• Repaired the ruptured irrigation system at the Aquatic Center.
  
• Began converting unit pillows from standard to queen size.
  
• Started replacing unit bed mats for improved comfort.
  
• Kitchen equipment replacement of casserole dishes, baking dishes, broiling pans, and 3-piece mixing bowl sets have been completed.
• The refurbishment of 56 units has been completed.

Estates

• Brightened up safety steps with fresh yellow paint on two units.
  
• Two new AC units have been installed.
  
• One AC compressor has been replaced for better efficiency.
  
• Installation of all trash enclosures in the Estates has been completed.
