Lexi began his journey in 2000 as a Management Trainee and has grown into one of our most respected leaders. His role with the company has grown over the years as he has increasingly taken on more responsibility, going from Operations Manager at the Royal Floridian Resort to Executive Director of Resort Operations.
 
Lexi currently oversees resort operations across our Ormond Beach, Hilton Head Island, and Williamsburg resorts. His leadership has had a lasting impact on our teams, our guests, and our company culture.

• Structural repairs to the timber and gussets at the Palace View 700 and 800 Buildings are ongoing and nearly complete.
• Dryvit and soffit repairs are currently underway at the Palace View 400, 500, and 600 Buildings to maintain the integrity and appearance of the property.
•  Exterior painting on the Guest Services Building have been completed.
