4th of July Fireworks Display

Celebrate the Fourth of July at Shelter Cove Harbour and Marina with an evening full of music and fireworks. On Friday, July 4th, 2025, enjoy special patriotic performances at 6:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. The fireworks display will begin just after dusk, lighting up the Hilton Head sky. Bring your lawn chairs and settle in for a festive, family-friendly night by the water!

Online Reservations - Book to Win!

Hilton Head Float Owners (Bluewater, Carolina Club, SFO - Spinnaker Flexible Ownership) can now make reservations directly through your Owners' Website. With this new online reservation system, you will have access to book your stay 360 days in advance or less, any time of day, seven days a week.

It is easy to use. Simply login to your Owners' Website to make your reservation and be sure you are current on your fees.

Make your next vacation unforgettable! As a valued Owner, you could win a one-week romantic getaway to Hilton Head Island, SC. To enter, simply book your regular reservation online within the next six months. The winner will be announced on February 14th, 2026.

Digital Villa Directory

To make the most of your vacation, plan ahead using our Digital Villa Directory. It offers a detailed description of your resort and available amenities to help you prepare your perfect getaway. Preview it before your trip by clicking here and get a head start on your stay.

While on vacation, please look for QR codes on key card holders issued upon arrival. In addition, all resort villas display QR code signage to provide easy access to your villa directory. Please look for these conveniently positioned QR code signs within your resort villa.

FEATURED RESORT IMPROVEMENTS

Our team is dedicated to ensuring that the resort is ready for your stay.
We are always working to improve your facilities and villas. Here is a recap of the work completed or started over the past few months.

Bluewater Resort and Marina

• The front office and lounge area received a fresh coat of paint, creating a more welcoming and polished space for Owners and guests to check in and relax.
• All interior walls of the trash compactors have been painted, helping to maintain a cleaner, more sanitary environment for waste disposal.
• The pool areas have been thoroughly power washed, and the main pool deck was painted.
• The shuffleboard concrete pad was replaced and renewed, providing a smoother, safer, and more enjoyable playing surface for all guests.
• The wood on the retaining wall by the dock and around the lagoon was replaced, along with the wood piers on the dock, and the pier deck was power washed to enhance safety, appearance, and overall guest experience in this scenic area.

Enjoy the fresh updates to the dock and lagoon area.

Waterside

• A new grill was installed at the pool area, offering an upgraded space to gather and cook out during your stay.

The new poolside grill is here for all your cookout cravings.

Egret Point

• Annual preventative maintenance on the villas has been completed.

• New gutters have been installed on the back of the 4400 Building to help prevent erosion and better manage rainwater runoff.

• New insulation was installed beneath the 4400 Building to improve energy efficiency and enhance year-round comfort.

• New 4’ x 4’ concrete slabs have been poured off the back deck steps of the 4425 and 4427 villas, providing safer and more stable access.

• Exterior Bike Storage Closet doors in multiple villas across the 4100, 4200, 4300, 4400 and 4500 Buildings have been freshly painted, enhancing the overall appearance and upkeep of these spaces.

Southwind

• All annual maintenance tasks have been completed.

• New insulation has been installed under the 3200 Building to improve energy efficiency and enhance comfort.

• The broken tiles at the entry of the 3106 villa have been replaced, improving safety and enhancing the villa’s appearance.

• Exterior Bike Storage Closet doors in multiple villas across Egret Point have been freshly painted, enhancing the overall appearance and upkeep of these spaces.

Carolina Club

• All annual maintenance tasks have been completed.

• Roof repairs have been completed on the 114 villa, ensuring better protection and preventing potential water damage.

• The Carolina Club Activity Center was freshly painted to enhance the space’s appearance and provide a welcoming atmosphere.

Cottages

• All annual maintenance tasks have been completed.

• New rain diverters have been installed on all units to improve water drainage and protect building exteriors.

Bluewater

Wine and Cheese Social with Live Music

Unwind by the water Friday at 5:00 p.m. with live music, wine, and a curated charcuterie spread at the Firepit Pavilion. Join your Fun Team for a relaxing evening filled with good food, great company, and coastal view. It’s a Friday tradition you won’t want to miss.

Waterside

Beach Yoga

Start your morning with a relaxing beach yoga session, offered every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9:00 a.m. Join the Fun Team and instructor Jen at the Activity Center, then take a short walk to the beach for a class designed for all levels. Please bring a beach towel and water.

Enjoy a yoga session on the beach.

OWNER SERVICES AND RESERVATIONS

Remember to make your reservations as early as possible for you to book your most desired vacation time.

To make it easy for you to book your reservations, we provide four ways to do so:

1. Hilton Head Float Owners can take advantage of the 360-day booking window and make their reservations online through the Owners’ Website.

2. All Owners can complete an online Reservation request form on your Owners’ Website.

3. All Owners can email reservations@spinnakerresorts.com with your preferred location and dates.

4. Call us at (877) 842-3201. We are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
