Branson Landing’s Liberty Light Up Celebration

Branson Landing’s 18th Annual Liberty Light Up takes place on July 3rd with a full evening of music and fireworks. The celebration kicks off with live performances from Damsel at 6:30 p.m. and The Dirty Saints from 8:00 to 10:30 p.m., followed by a choreographed fireworks show over Lake Taneycomo around 9:20 p.m. A beer garden will also be open starting at 5:30 p.m., making it a festive way to mark Independence Day a day early.

 Celebrate the 4th of July with an incredible fireworks display at Branson Landing.

Online Reservations - Book to Win!

Branson Float Owners can now make reservations directly through your Owners' Website. With this new online reservation system, you will have access to book your stay 360 days in advance or less, any time of day, seven days a week.

It is easy to use. Simply login to your Owners' Website to make your reservation and be sure you are current on your fees.

Make your next vacation unforgettable! As a valued Owner, you could win a one-week romantic getaway to Hilton Head Island, SC. To enter, simply book your regular reservation online within the next six months. The winner will be announced on February 14th, 2026.

Please make sure you keep your account information up to date, including email, phone numbers and addresses so you don’t miss out on any important announcements or vacation reservation information.

Digital Villa Directory

To make the most of your vacation, plan ahead using our Digital Villa Directory. It offers a detailed description of your resort and available amenities to help you prepare your perfect getaway. Preview it before your trip by clicking here and get a head start on your stay.

While on vacation, please look for QR codes on key card holders issued upon arrival. In addition, all resort villas display QR code signage to provide easy access to your villa directory. Please look for these conveniently positioned QR code signs within your resort villa.

Palace View Heights Resort

• The pool has been freshly painted to enhance its appearance and is open for your enjoyment.

• A new slide was added to the playground, giving you and your family an updated and fun way to enjoy time outdoors during your stay.

• New mulch was added around the trees and planters to improve the overall look of the resort grounds.

French Quarter

• The pool has been freshly painted to enhance its appearance and is open for your enjoyment.

• New mulch was added around the trees and planters to improve the overall look of the resort grounds.

Palace View 

• The pool has been freshly painted to enhance its appearance and is open for your enjoyment.

• New mulch was added around the trees and planters to improve the overall look of the resort grounds.

• Structural repairs to the timber and gussets at the Palace View 700 and 800 Buildings are ongoing and nearly complete, helping ensure a safer and more secure environment for you during your stay.

• Dryvit and soffit repairs are currently underway at the Palace View 400, 500, and 600 Buildings to maintain the integrity and appearance of the property, ensuring you continue to enjoy a comfortable and well-kept space during your visits.

Here’s just one of the many activities waiting for you this summer:

Dive-In Movie Night

Dive-In Movie Night takes place every Wednesday at 8:00 p.m. at the Palace View pool area. Guests can relax poolside and watch a family-friendly movie under the stars, with popcorn, chips, and soda available for just $2.

Movie night just got cooler with a midweek splash and a film under the stars.

OWNER SERVICES AND RESERVATIONS

Remember to make your reservations as early as possible for you to book your most desired vacation time.

To make it easy for you to book your reservations, we provide four ways to do so:

1. Branson Float Owners can take advantage of the 360-day booking window and make their reservations online through the Owners’ Website.

2. All Owners can complete an online Reservation request form on your Owners’ Website.

3. All Owners can email reservations@spinnakerresorts.com with your preferred location and dates.

4. Call us at (877) 842-3201. We are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
