Dear Royal Floridian Resort Owners, Over the last several months, you have received information as it relates to the State of Florida’s new legislation Senate Bill 4D and Senate Bill 154 which were enacted in response to the collapse of Champlain Towers in Surfside, Florida. Your Board of Directors and your Management Company have been working together to comply with the requirements of the new law and to keep you informed.

We are pleased to inform you that the King’s Creek Property Owners Association Annual Report is now posted online at www.spinnakerresorts.com.

  • Click on OWNER LOGIN (to reach secure website)
  • Click on KING'S CREEK OWNER LOGIN
  • Login using your username and password
  • Go to WELCOME dropdown
  • Click on REPORTS
  • Under REPORTS you'll find the KCP Annual Report

If you have not yet had the opportunity to set up your owner account on the website, please take a few minutes to do so and you’ll be able to have access to all of the information and the functionality of the website.  Once you are set up you can access your Annual Report along with other Owner notices and your account specifics. To create your account, you will need your current Contract Number and the Name of the primary account holder.

 

Should you have any difficulties creating your account online, please contact Owner Services at 860-616-3018 and they will be happy to assist you by walking you through the account registration process.  Or you can request a copy of the report be mailed to you.
