With 2025 drawing to a close, we look back on the year where owner occupancy at all of our resorts was high, thank you for vacationing at your resort we hope you and your family/friends enjoyed your home away from home this year. We work for you and we are committed to providing ongoing resort improvements to ensure your vacations have the right mixture of excitement and comfort.

We work tirelessly each year to maintain some of the lowest association fees in the industry while ensuring that each resort’s reserve level is funded to support annual resort refurbishments and enhancements. It has always been Spinnaker’s goal to provide each owner with affordable vacations each year.

A large portion of each association fee is allocated to fund Reserves that enable us to invest money for your resorts’ upkeep which enhance your complete vacation experience.  I invite you to visit the Resort Improvements webpage on our website to get an update on the exciting improvements we have made to your favorite resort.
