It is officially sun-bathing season, and we are excited to see the pool deck and beach bustling with all our sun-loving families. We look forward to welcoming you back to your home away from home and enjoying another memorable vacation with you.

We know most of you come to play in the waves, admire the sunrises, and bounce around in the pool, but don’t miss out on everything else that the Ormond Beach area has to offer. Whether it’s a festival, farmers market, art workshop, shopping, or historic landmarks, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Looking for a break from the heat with an activity in the air conditioning? The Daytona Aquarium and Rainforest Adventure is now open and is only a twenty-minute drive away.

Sadly, the rumors are true—Donnie’s Donuts has closed the location near your resorts. While Donnie’s is irreplaceable, we recommend checking out Solberry’s for acai bowls or smoothies loaded with fresh fruit, local honey, and homemade peanut butter. Everything is delicious and the perfect way to cool off on your beach days.

Daytona Aquarium and Rainforest

For a fun and educational activity in Daytona Beach, visit the recently opened Daytona Aquarium and Rainforest Adventure. This 55,000-square-foot attraction at International Speedway Boulevard and Nova Road features marine exhibits, interactive tanks, and a reptile den with snakes, alligators, and frogs. There's also a party room and gift shop, making it perfect for events.

Daytona Coke Zero Sugar 400

Join the fun on August 23rd and 24th for the highly anticipated Coke Zero Sugar 400, where NASCAR Cup Series stars compete under the lights at Daytona. This 160-lap, 400-mile race is a key event as drivers vie for playoff spots in the NASCAR playoffs. Experience the thrill at America's most iconic racetrack and make your summer vacation unforgettable!

Ormond Memorial Art Museum and Gardens

This museum features an array of artistic expressions, including paintings, drawings, video, mixed media, photography, and three-dimensional works. Adjacent to the museum, you'll find lush tropical gardens with a gazebo, nature trails, fishponds, and fountains, creating a picturesque setting.

Royal Floridian and Royal Floridian South Float Owners will soon be able to conveniently make reservations directly through your Owners' Website. With this new online reservation system, you'll have access to book your stay 365 days in advance or less, any time of day, seven days a week.

We've installed new speakers on the pool deck to improve your outdoor experience with high-quality sound for music and announcements, creating an even more enjoyable and lively atmosphere.

Royal Floridian South

We've replaced the Ping Pong table in the Royal Floridian South Gathering Room with a new model to enhance your gaming experience and provide endless fun for all ages.
We've added a library to the Royal Floridian South Gathering Room, similar to the one in the Royal Floridian North Activities Room, providing a cozy space for guests to unwind with a good book and enjoy some quiet relaxation.

Looking for a reasonably priced lunch on Tuesday and Thursday? Hamburgers, Brats, and Hot Dogs by the pool, of course! In case of inclement weather, pizza will be served inside the resort.

Call us at (877) 842-3201. We are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
