HarbourFest at Shelter Cove Harbour

HarbourFest at Shelter Cove Harbour and Marina on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, is a weekly celebration during the summer with live music and entertainment, arts and crafts, kids’ activities and Tuesday night fireworks. The Hilton Head HarbourFest will feature beloved Cappy the Clown, singer/songwriter Shannon Tanner, a Jimmy Buffet tribute band and so much more family-friendly entertainment.

Chicago

"Chicago" is the one musical with everything that makes theatre shimmy-shake: a universal tale of fame, fortune, and all that jazz, with one showstopping song after another and iconic dance numbers. "Chicago" is pure razzle-dazzle! Catch the show June 26th, 2024, through August 18th, 2024, at the Arts Center of Coastal Carolina.

Movie Night in the Park

Watch a different blockbuster hit each Thursday at 8:30 p.m. in Shelter Cove Community Park starting July 9th. Bring your beach chair or a blanket and watch your favorites on the big screen. Come early and have dinner at one of the restaurants or pick up take-out and enjoy picnic style.

Hilton Head Island Community Market

Experience the vibrant Hilton Head Community Market, a lively gathering where local farmers, bakers, artists, makers, and more come together to showcase their goods and talents. Held every Saturday at Shelter Cove Community Park from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., this bustling market offers a diverse array of fresh produce, delicious baked goods, handmade crafts, and unique artworks. Join us for a morning of shopping, browsing, and supporting our vibrant community of artisans and creators.

Online Reservations

Hilton Head Float Owners (Bluewater, Carolina Club, SFO - Spinnaker Flexible Ownership) can now conveniently make reservations directly through your Owners' website. With this new online reservation system, you'll have access to book your stay 360 days in advance or less, any time of day, seven days a week.

It’s easy to use. Simply login to your Owners' Website to make your reservation and be sure you are current on your fees.

While on Vacation, please look for QR codes on Key Card holders issued upon arrival. In addition, all Hilton Head Island resort villas are currently undergoing the installation of unique QR code signage to provide you ease of access to your villa directory. FEATURED RESORT IMPROVEMENTS

We are always working to improve your facilities and villas. Here is a recap of the work completed or started over the past few months.

Bluewater Resort and Marina

As the Spinnaker team works toward further green initiatives, we recently completed installation of new energy savings smart thermostats to help improve cooling comfort as well as humidity levels in Buildings 6300 and 6400. This project will be closely monitored for its success to determine potential future installations at Bluewater and other Spinnaker properties.
Building 6100 recently received furniture upgrades with new living room coffee tables, dining tables and chairs, bar stools and entertainment centers installed. These upgrades have been much welcomed by Owners and Guests visiting since installation was completed.
A new and improved Lazy River pump has been installed in recent months in preparation for the summer fun ahead.

Waterside

New air conditioning upgrades were initiated in the Activities Building to help keep you cool while you enjoy our fun resort activities and while visiting the front office operations.
Upgraded fire and safety communication systems were installed in Buildings 5300 and 5600.

Egret Point

The Egret Point pool was recently renovated with new pearl aggregate finish coating and waterline tile to ensure the pool is ready for you this summer.

Southwind

We have completed the replacement of the villa back decks with quality composite decking which will last longer than wood to help increase the longevity and reduce maintenance costs.

The Cottages

The Cottages have been undergoing continued maintenance and are ready for the summer season with continued painting of entry ways, back doors and continued deck and stair repairs.
The parking area curb repairs were completed.
The bike wash retaining wall and equipment replaced.

Carolina Club

A refresh of the Carolina Club Activities Building has been completed with new cabinetry, fresh paint and renovated restrooms making it an extra fun place to watch TV, play pool, or a game of ping pong.
We have completed the replacement of the villa back patio decks with quality composite decking which will last longer than wood to help increase the longevity and reduce maintenance costs.
Perimeter area fencing repairs and installs were performed.

To make it easy for you to book your reservation, we provide four ways to do so:

Float Owners can make their reservation online through the Owners’ Website.
All Owners can complete an online Reservation request form on your Owners’ Website.
All Owners can email reservations@spinnakerresorts.com with your preferred location and dates.
Call us at (877) 842-3201. We are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
