SPINNAKER UPDATE FALL 2024 - ORMOND BEACH

Dear Ormond Beach Spinnaker Owners,

The summer season may be over, but the memories we made this year will last a lifetime! You made this one of the busiest, and most exciting and entertaining summers yet and we cannot thank you enough for all the laughter we shared.

With all the fun-in-the-sun from the summer behind us, we are turning our focus to everything the fall season has to offer including more comfortable temperatures, an abundance of festivals, and the return of some old favorites on our activities schedule. We have heard you loud and clear and everyone’s favorite Wine and Cheese Bingo is back on the schedule each Wednesday. Additionally, we are adding a Pizza Day to the schedule to add to your on-property options for lunch.

This is also the time of year when we conduct our Board of Director elections. Please keep a close eye on your emails for candidate profiles and guidelines on how to cast your vote online. These voluntary positions are held by Owners, like yourselves, who work diligently to represent your interests in both operational and financial decisions. Royal Floridian Resort Owners will additionally have the opportunity to vote on amending the current smoking policy. Your vote matters. Make it count!

Halifax Art Festival

51st Annual Daytona Turkey Run

The Turkey Run, happening November 28th through December 1st, 2024, from

8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., is the largest combined car show, swap meet, and car corral in the USA. Featuring thousands of vintage, classic, and muscle cars, this event also includes Artisan Alley, entertainment, and a variety of food options.

Free Entrance in National Parks

On November 11th, 2024, enjoy free admission to all National Park Service sites, including Castillo de San Marcos and Fort Matanzas in St. Augustine, in honor of Veteran's Day.

Biketoberfest

Join the fun October 17th through 20th, 2024, in Daytona Beach for a celebration of motorcycle culture with live music, racing at Daytona International Speedway, and scenic rides along A1A and Main Street. Don't miss out on the full-throttle fun!

We are always working to improve your facilities and villas. Here is a recap of the work completed or started over the past few months.

Royal Floridian and Royal Floridian South

• We’ve upgraded the storage rack for putt-putt clubs to ensure easier access and better organization, making it more convenient for you to grab and return clubs with ease.
• We’ve added fresh mulch around the property to enhance the aesthetic appeal and improve soil health, making the grounds look more inviting and well-maintained for everyone.
• We’ve installed a new ADA pool lift to provide greater accessibility and ensure that everyone can enjoy the pool with ease and comfort.
• We’ve added new grills and grill mats to enhance your outdoor cooking experience, making it easier and more enjoyable to prepare delicious meals at our property.

Dive into an exciting twist on Water Aerobics with fresh routines and fun challenges. Join in on this revitalizing workout experience on Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. Check the activities board for the location.

Try out a new and exciting workout in the pool. 

Craftastic

Come and see what project the team has picked out for you on Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. or Friday at 1:00 p.m. in the Activities Room. Create memories and memorabilia from your vacation.

Wine and Cheese Bingo

Back by popular demand, you can enjoy a delightful time with a glass of wine paired with an assortment of cheeses and crackers. Cheers to great tastes and good company. Happening Wednesday at 3:00 p.m. in the South Gathering Room.

OWNER SERVICES AND RESERVATIONS

Remember to make your reservations as early as possible for you to book your most desired vacation time.

To make it easy for you to book your reservation, we provide three ways to do so:

1. Complete a Reservation Request Form, found on your Owners' Website under FORMS
2. Email reservations@spinnakerresorts.com with your preferred location
3. Call us at (877) 842-3201. We are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

SPINNAKER REWARDS

Earn Spinnaker Rewards and save money or travel more! Owners have many ways to earn and redeem rewards. Use your Owner ID and check your Rewards balance online. If you have minimum of 60 Spinnaker Rewards Credits (SRCs) you can redeem today! Use them before the end of the year and have them applied to next year's Association Fees.
