After a summer filled with warm sunshine and refreshing afternoon showers, we are embracing the arrival of fall, the most blissful time of the year. With perfect weather and endless opportunities for adventure, this season brings the best conditions to explore Hilton Head Island and the beautiful Lowcountry.

Fall is the perfect time to dive into a variety of outdoor activities like golf, pickleball, tennis, and more. Be sure to savor the local cuisine and enjoy a dolphin tour around the island. Fish and Grits Music Festival

Join the Fish and Grits Music Festival on October 5th at Lowcountry Celebration Park on Hilton Head Island, SC, for a celebration of Southern cuisine and music! This family-friendly, one-day event showcases live performances across genres like blues, country, rock, and soul. Enjoy Southern favorites like fish and grits from a variety of food vendors, along with other local dishes. Fish and Grits Music Festival’s mission is to continue the awareness of the Gullah Geechee culture, It’s the perfect outing for friends and family to experience art, culture, and delicious food in a picturesque setting.

Hilton Head Island Concours d'Elegance and Motoring Festival

The Hilton Head Island Concours d'Elegance and Motoring Festival, held from October 31st to November 3rd, 2024, at the Port Royal Golf Club is a prestigious celebration of automotive history and innovation set against the island's picturesque backdrop. This event weaves together the legacy of classic and vintage cars with the island’s serene beauty, offering an exciting mix of elegant car displays, galas, seminars, and a lively marketplace. It honors the past, celebrates the present, and embraces the future, all while supporting charitable causes.

Free Entrance in the National Parks

Celebrate Veterans Day by exploring our national parks with free admission to all National Park Service sites that typically charge an entrance fee. Take advantage of this special opportunity to tour Fort Pulaski National Monument at no cost. It’s a perfect chance to immerse yourself in history and enjoy the beautiful landscapes, while honoring those who have served.

Music and Taste on the Harbour

Get ready to dance the night away at Shelter Cove Harbour and Marina, a Hilton Head Island favorite! Every Thursday night during the fall, enjoy lively performances by local bands, delicious food, and a fun atmosphere at the Neptune Statue. This pet-friendly outdoor concert series runs from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., making it the perfect way to enjoy great music and good times with friends and family.

New Online Reservations
 
Hilton Head Float Owners (Bluewater, Carolina Club, SFO - Spinnaker Flexible Ownership) can now make reservations directly through your Owners' Website. With this new online reservation system, you'll have access to book your stay 360 days in advance or less, any time of day, seven days a week.
 
It’s easy to use. Simply login to your Owners' Website to make your reservation and be sure you are current on your fees.

FEATURED RESORT IMPROVEMENTS

We are always working to improve your facilities and villas. Here is a recap of the work completed or started over the past few months.

Bluewater Resort and Marina

• As a part of our ongoing green initiatives, the Spinnaker team has recently installed new energy-efficient smart thermostats in Buildings 6300 and 6400. These thermostats are designed to enhance cooling comfort and maintain optimal humidity levels. We will closely monitor the effectiveness of this upgrade to assess its potential for future installations at Bluewater and other Spinnaker properties.
• Building 6100 recently underwent furniture upgrades, including new coffee tables, dining tables with chairs, bar stools, and entertainment centers in the living areas.

Waterside

• The Lagoon Crosswalk has been replaced with a new composite material, offering improved durability and a longer lifespan compared to traditional wood. This upgrade not only enhances safety but is more resistant to the elements, providing a sustainable solution for years to come.
• Buildings 5300 and 5600 have been enhanced with upgraded fire and safety communication systems. These new installations ensure faster and more reliable communication during emergencies, enhancing your overall safety.

Egret Point

• The Egret Point Pool and Spa have been resurfaced and renovated with new waterline tiles, enhancing both appearance and durability. These improvements provide you with a refreshed, more enjoyable space for relaxation and recreation.

Southwind

• We have completed upgrades to the Southwind fire alarm systems to enhance reliability for your safety. These new systems provide quicker response times and better protection, ensuring peace of mind during your stay.
• We have completed the replacement of the villa back decks with quality composite decking which will last longer than wood to help increase the longevity and reduce maintenance costs.

The Cottages

• The 41-54 cul-de-sac area has been enhanced with a new grill area and platform, along with a freshly poured sidewalk, upgraded lighting, and a newly installed grill. These improvements provide a more inviting and functional space for you to enjoy outdoor gatherings and cookouts.

Carolina Club

• A refresh of the Carolina Club Activities Building has been completed with new cabinetry, fresh paint and renovated restrooms making it an extra fun place to watch TV, play pool, or a game of ping pong.
• We have completed the replacement of the villa back patio decks with quality composite decking which will last longer than wood to help increase the longevity and reduce maintenance costs.

Join us poolside Monday at 3:00 p.m. for an afternoon social featuring a delightful selection of wines and cheeses. Relax, connect with fellow vacationers, and enjoy a leisurely afternoon in good company!

Mix and mingle while enjoying an array of wines and cheeses.

Paint and Sip

Discover your inner artist as you create a beautiful masterpiece while sipping on complimentary wine. Join us Thursday 3:00 p.m. at the Waterside Activities Pavilion for a relaxing and fun-filled creative experience!

OWNER SERVICES AND RESERVATIONS

Remember to make your reservations as early as possible for you to book your most desired vacation time.

To make it easy for you to book your reservation, we provide four ways to do so

1. Float Owners can make their reservation online through the Owners’ Website.

2. All Owners can complete an online Reservation request form on your Owners’ Website. 
3. All Owners can email reservations@spinnakerresorts.com with your preferred location and dates.
4. Call us at (877) 842-3201. We are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

SPINNAKER REWARDS

Earn Spinnaker Rewards and save money or travel more! Owners have many ways to earn and redeem rewards. Use your Owner ID and check your Rewards balance online. If you have minimum of 60 Spinnaker Rewards Credits (SRCs) you can redeem today! Use them before the end of the year and have them applied to next year’s Association Fees.
