Spinnaker Update - Ormond Beach

On a hot, summer day, there is no better place to be than relaxing by the pool or on the sand in Ormond Beach. This time of year, the pool deck and beach are full of families enjoying the sun and the waves. Justin and Stephanie are back this year and they are happy to help with your beach equipment rentals. Your Activities Team will be grilling on Tuesdays and Thursdays for hamburgers, hot dogs, or brats and look forward to seeing you.

We have a great new restaurant in the shopping center across the street. Solberry is a family-owned business that sources local ingredients for acai bowls, smoothies, and coffee. Make sure you try them out on your next visit with us!
We are excited to be celebrating Spinnaker Resort’s 40th year of providing “smooth sailing” vacations to our Owners. Read the section in this newsletter that discusses our growth over the past 40 years.

Spinnaker Resorts 40th Anniversary

The entire Taylor family vacationed on Hilton Head in the late 70s as resort development commenced. Hilton Head’s appeal for the family was the many activities it offered: ocean and beach activities, tennis, cycling, inline skating and golf, all in a beautifully natural environment. Spinnaker Resorts was founded shortly after these initial family visits.

Over the past 40 years Spinnaker Resorts has built or acquired properties in four states. Starting with just 48 units in 1983, the company has grown to over 1100 units and 560+ employees.

2023 will be a year of joy as we celebrate. The Spinnaker family has always exceeded expectations set forth by its peers and 2023 is gearing up for the same results. We look forward to the next 40 years providing and exceeding the Gold Standard of service and support for our Owners and guests.

The door from the stairs to the parking garage was replaced
The Dry Stacks were painted with rust-resistant paint

A new water heater for the Indoor Pool area shower was installed
A power-operated door with ADA Compliant “Push to Open” buttons was installed
The damaged drainage grates on the pool deck were replaced

The Ice Cream Social is on for the summer season! Your favorite flavor is calling you at the Upper Pool Deck. Enjoy your favorite dish and cool down.

Riverside Drive Walk

It’s time to get out, enjoy the outdoors, and move. Meet us in the Main Lobby at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesdays and walk with your friends and family.

OWNER SERVICES AND RESERVATIONS

Remember to make your reservations as early as possible for you to book your most desired vacation time.

To make it easy for you to book your reservation, we provide three ways to do so:

Complete a Reservation Request Form, found on your Owners' Website under FORMS
Email reservations@spinnakerresorts.com with your preferred location and dates
Call us at (877) 842-3201. We are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

SPINNAKER REWARDS

Earn Spinnaker Rewards and save money or travel more! Owners have many ways to earn and redeem rewards.
