Spinnaker Resorts 40th Anniversary

The entire Taylor family vacationed on Hilton Head in the late 70s as resort development commenced. Hilton Head’s appeal for the family was the many activities it offered: ocean and beach activities, tennis, cycling, inline skating and golf, all in a beautifully natural environment. Spinnaker Resorts was founded shortly after these initial family visits.

Over the past 40 years Spinnaker Resorts has built or acquired properties in four states. Starting with just 48 units in 1983, the company has grown to over 1100 units and 560+ employees.

2023 will be a year of joy as we celebrate. The Spinnaker family has always exceeded expectations set forth by its peers and 2023 is gearing up for the same results. We look forward to the next 40 years providing and exceeding the Gold Standard of service and support for our Owners and guests.

Palace View Heights Resort

The Pools & Hot Tubs have been cleaned and painted for the summer
Maintenance winter repairs have been completed
The landscape has been freshened up with new mulch
New trees have been planted at the front entrance

French Quarter Resort

The Pools & Hot Tubs have been cleaned and painted for the summer

Repairs are continuing in Building 400 to repair the winter freeze damage

Palace View Resort

The third and fourth floor renovations are underway in Building 800
Repairs are continuing in Building 800 to repair the winter freeze damage
All the damaged windows have been repaired in Building 600
The renovation is complete in Building 500
The water damage in villas 413, 423, and 433 has been repaired with new drywall, fresh paint and new carpet
The Pools and Hot Tubs have been cleaned and painted for the summer
The Kiddie Pool was freshly painted
The landscape has been freshened up with new mulch
New trees and flowers have been planted throughout the resort

Wine & Shine Tours

The Branson Brew, Wine & Shine Tours are not to be missed! It is held every Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pre-signed guests will be chauffeured around Branson to three different locations. Each stop will last about 45 minutes. Let your taste buds do the talking on this fun and adventurous tour.

Duct Tape Creations

Join us every Tuesday in the Activities Room at 5:00 p.m. for a fun craft for all ages. Make duct tape creations such as flowers, wallets, purses and more. We will have a variety of duct tape colors for you to work with. Let your imagination run wild.

Movie night

Enjoy movie night by the Outdoor Pool every Thursday and Saturday at 8:00 p.m. Watch a family-friendly movie every week. All you have to do is sit back, relax, and enjoy the show. We will take care of the rest.

Remember to make your reservations as early as possible for you to book your most desired vacation time.

To make it easy for you to book your reservation, we provide three ways to do so:

Complete a Reservation Request Form, found on your Owners' Website under FORMS
Email reservations@spinnakerresorts.com with your preferred location and dates
Call us at (877) 842-3201. We are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

SPINNAKER REWARDS

Earn Spinnaker Rewards and save money or travel more! Owners have many ways to earn and redeem rewards.
