HILTON HEAD SPRING 2023 SPINNAKER UPDATE

This year started with one of the coldest stretches of weather that this island has seen in many years and then jumped right into an early spring with some of the hottest temperatures. I guess Hilton Head is getting ready in advance for all its visitors in 2023. There's no better place for beach days, family-friendly attractions, and gorgeous scenery than the island of Hilton Head. We know you will enjoy the sandy shores, charming beaches, and outdoor attractions that make Hilton Head an ideal destination for spring fun.

This spring, the RBC Heritage returns on April 10 - 16 with one of the strongest field of players that the tournament has seen in a long time with 26 of the top 50 players in the official golf rankings.

On top of that, the resort staff has been working tirelessly this winter preparing the resort villas and amenities in anticipation of your return. We are all excited for you to enjoy the various improvements and additions throughout each of the resorts.

Take in a show at the Arts Center of Coastal Carolina, an award-winning independent, non-profit theatre located in the heart of Hilton Head Island. New grill and flat top griddle have been installed down by the Waterfront Cabana
The small Outdoor Pool fence has been power-washed and painted
The 6100 Building back patios have been painted
Comfort height toilets have been installed in the 6100 Building
The fourth and fifth floor breezeway ceilings have been resurfaced and painted in the 6400 Building
New 55” flatscreen TV’s have been installed in all villa living rooms

Two sets of pressure treated handrails have been installed on the Activity Building front porch
Brand new elevator mechanical equipment and cabs have been installed in all Buildings

Blackout blinds have been installed in the bedrooms facing the breezeways in the 5300, 5400, 5600 and 5800 Buildings

Egret Point

The back decks of all the villas have been rebuilt with TREX composite decking
The water main shut offs have been replaced at every villa
The front doors have been stripped, repaired and repainted at a number of the villas

Southwind

The exterior front stairs have been painted
Furniture touchups have been completed in all the villas

The Cottages

The back stairs have been replaced in a number of the villas
The front stairs have been painted and sealed in a number of the villas
The ground lights at the Pool have been replaced

Carolina Club

The front stairs were pressure washed, clear sealed and had boards replaced where needed in a number of the villas
The Tennis Courts have been patched and painted and a single Tennis Court was converted into two Pickle Ball Courts
Comfort height toilets have been installed in every bathroom
