WINTER 2022 SPINNAKER UPDATE |

Dear King’s Creek Spinnaker Owners,
As we look toward the holiday season and the new year, we can't help but reflect on 2022 and be grateful for a safe and successful year. We were fortunate enough not to suffer from any severe storms and successfully pull out and away from the challenges that COVID brought to us all. We are most grateful that we can all return to a normal way of life, and more importantly, you are back to enjoying vacation experiences.
The King’s Creek team have been working hard over the past few months and will continue to do so to ensure the Resort remains in beautiful “tip top” condition. Teams are currently working on replacing several roof systems and painting many villas to keep your “home away from home” in excellent condition. The new and improved Mini-golf course installed this year has been a big hit with all Owners, and our new comment card rating system, offered to King’s Creek Owners and guests, is providing your valuable feedback to the Board and Management team to review and work with. In addition to annual maintenance projects this time of year, the Board of Directors are reviewing a list of Resort improvements for 2023 and beyond to help enhance future visits for all King’s Creek Owners and guests.

This holiday town is full of music and the magic of Christmas. Have Christmas dinner with Santa at Santa’s Fireside Feast, enjoy some holiday pie, and don’t forget about the fun family friendly rides. A day spent at Busch Gardens during the holiday season is a magical dream come true. |

Carriage Rides
Learn all about the different carriages that people used during the Revolutionary war and before. You can take a ride in a stage wagon, romantic wagon or a wagon used for travel. A carriage ride is a fun way to get around town and experience what it was like years ago. You will find these fun carriage rides at Colonial Williamsburg. |

Bingo Game
Bingo is great fun for kids and adults. We play five rounds of bingo, and the first four rounds are straight bingo. The last round is the blackout round and your whole bingo card must be all the way filled. Whoever gets bingo always gets a prize. Kids can win candy or another kid friendly prize. For adults, we have our King’s Creek shot glasses and koozies. Something everyone can use!

Do you like colorful sand? Come out and try our sand art craft. This activity will be in our craft room and is great for both kids and adults. |
