Thank you for contacting us regarding the decision you’ve made about your French Quarter ownership.

While we will be sad to see you go, we do want to provide you with all the information you will need to exit your ownership.

Here are the items we will need you to know or provide to us:

1. Please confirm your mailing address so that the documents are mailed to the correct address.

2. The only cost to you to deedback your ownership is the cost to notarize the documents that will be sent to you.

3. All owners on the deed will have to sign off on the deedback paperwork.

4. No compensation or monies will be due to you by Spinnaker or Lemonjuice® at time of deedback – you are simply giving up, not selling your ownership back.

5. All documents for the deedback will be sent to you by Lemonjuice® after the transition date of October 27, 2025, but don’t worry, we have updated your account with your request.

6. When you receive the documents, please make sure to get them back as soon as possible.

While Spinnaker would be thrilled to keep you as one of our owners, it is your choice to remain owners with French Quarter after the sale to Lemonjuice®.

There are a few things that we want to make sure you understand with this choice.

Lemonjuice® will take over the ownership and management of the property on October 27, 2025.

At that time, or prior, we will provide to you the information you will need such as phone numbers, website information and emails to pay your dues, book your reservations and follow up on your ownership.

They will be determining the association fees moving forward and we want to be clear that in addition to these fees, there may be special assessments billed for maintaining and reimagining the property.

It is also possible that at some time in the future, that Lemonjuice® may choose to sell the property which may result in you receiving a payout for your ownership but may also mean a loss of your ownership with no monetary compensation.

Additionally, this process may take up to 12 months, but it could take many years – it’s impossible to say at this time.

If this works for you, we will mark your account to note that you will be remaining an owner at French Quarter thru the acquisition and we will not bother you further.
