Another successful year at Spinnaker Resorts has passed by. We continue to experience high levels of occupancy at all our resorts and want to thank you for your engagement. We look forward to welcoming many of you again in 2025.
At Spinnaker Resorts, we strive to provide you with a memorable vacation experience. Many of our Owners have built one of our resorts as their second home where they look to come back year after year for another trip of relaxation, reflection, fun and connection with their loved ones. Your management team at Southwind Management and the entire staff team continue to strive daily to ensure that each one of you enjoys their vacation experience. There are activities planned at our resorts throughout the year specifically with you in mind.
We continue to invest time, effort and money in each one of our resorts both on the day-to-day upkeep as well as responsibly setting aside reserve funds to ensure that the long-term value of your holiday home is preserved.
I am excited to remind you that we continue our technology upgrade and work toward expanding online reservations for all our float Owners, directly through the Owners’ website.
Enclosed, please find your 2025 Association Fee billing statement. We value our Owners’ time and aim to make paying your association fee as smooth as possible.
